Ars Goetia:

The First Book of The Lesser Key of Solomon

Ars Goetia has been one of the primary texts of Goetic magick and Demonology for over a hundred years. First translated to English by Samuel L.M. Mathers, from Latin, the grimoire describes in detail the 72 Demons invoked and bound in a brass vessel by the mythical Magus and King Solomon, as well as the incantations for their conjuring. Also described are all the tools and garb required for the rituals.

Mather’s translation was also one of the earliest texts to describe the psychological model of magick, and helped popularize and spread it through the Western Esoteric Tradition.

No occult library should be without this volume, for both its inspiration and historical significance.
